We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or selling to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

3.1 Apple Music and MusicKit

The App uses Apple’s MusicKit framework to enable music playback. When you play a song, requests are sent directly to Apple’s servers. We do not intercept, store, or have access to any data exchanged between your device and Apple Music. Apple’s Privacy Policy governs this data.

3.2 Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports. This data does not identify individual users. Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase Data Processing Terms apply.

3.3 Google AdMob

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device advertising identifiers and interaction data to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can limit ad personalization through your device’s privacy settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Google’s Advertising Policy applies.

3.4 Apple RSS Feeds

The App retrieves publicly available music chart data from Apple’s RSS feeds. These requests do not include any personal data.

3.5 Apple App Store (In-App Purchases)

In-app purchases (such as ad removal) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. Apple’s Privacy Policy governs these transactions.

4. Data Storage and Security

All personal data (favorites, playlists, preferences) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and Realm database). This data is protected by your device’s built-in encryption and security features.

We do not operate backend servers that store user data. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google Firebase in accordance with their security standards and certifications.

5. Data Retention

Locally stored data persists on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics and crash data retained by Firebase follows Google’s standard data retention policies (typically 14 months for analytics data).
